Segundo o denunciante, o homem ficou irritado com o barulho da buzina do carrinho de picolé do haitiano e saiu de dentro da casa com uma pernamanca e começou a agredi-lo. O haitiano correu do agressor para não apanhar mais, mas se encontra bastante machucado.
O Samu fez atendimento no local e levou o vendedor para o Hospital e Pronto-socorro 28 de Agosto, onde se encontra até as últimas informações. Em publicação feita no Instagram, o Capitão da Polícia Militar Carpê Andrade informa que o agressor encontra-se no 24 DIP, para procedimentos legais.
