Um feirante de 53 anos foi preso nesta quarta-feira (4) suspeito de estuprar as três filhas em Manaus. Segundo a Polícia Civil, uma delas engravidou do próprio pai – a filha da vítima tem atualmente sete anos. Além dele, um homem de 32 anos também foi preso durante a operação “Luz na Infância”, deflagrada contra o abuso e exploração sexual de crianças e adolescentes.
De acordo com a titular da Delegacia Especializada em Proteção à Criança e ao Adolescente (DEPCA), delegada Joyce Coelho, o feirante foi o primeiro a ser preso, no bairro Nova Vitória, Zona Leste da capital.
“Ele inclusive não vai aparecer porque é um pai que praticava um abuso inter-geracional, ou seja: o pai que abusou sexualmente de três filhas e já estava abusando da enteada. Ele, inclusive, tem uma filha de sete anos com uma de suas filhas, que atualmente tem 30 anos”, contou.
Segundo a delegada, durante depoimento para a polícia, o homem confessou o crime. “É uma situação que acontece há muito tempo. Em muitas vezes, a vítima só tem coragem de relatar depois de adulta e passar por um sofrimento. Então, esse foi um caso que só chegou na delegacia no fim do ano passado. É um relato doloroso e uma investigação muito complexa”, disse.
O segundo suspeito a ser preso foi um homem de 32 anos. Segundo a polícia, ele abusou sexualmente de uma criança de onze anos, filha de amigos dele. “É um caso clássicos de abuso sexual: é um conhecido, um familiar ou um parente que acaba se aproveitando do fato dessa proximidade para abusar sexualmente de uma criança”, completou a titular.
Por terem sido presos em cumprimento de mandado de prisão preventiva pelo crime de estupro de vulnerável, os suspeitos serão encaminhados ao Centro de Detenção Provisória Masculina (CDPM).

A Operação “Luz na Infância 5” conta com a participação das Polícias Civis de 14 estados e do Distrito Federal, Polícia Federal e agentes de aplicação da lei de seis países
Nessa fase da operação, estão sendo cumpridos, no Brasil e em seis países, 105 mandados de busca e apreensão de arquivos com conteúdo relacionado aos crimes de exploração sexual praticados contra crianças e adolescentes.
“Estamos participando da operação coordenada pelo Ministério da Justiça e a Segurança Pública, com 14 estados mais o Distrito Federal. É um tema muito importante que, inclusive, o mundo inteiro está nesse combate. O Amazonas mais uma vez mostrou que tem força no combate ao abuso e à exploração sexual de crianças e adolescentes”, finalizou a delegada.
