O delegado Demetrius Queiroz, adjunto da Delegacia Especializada em Roubos, Furtos e Defraudações (Derfd), solicita a colaboração de todos na divulgação da imagem de Anderson Carlos Oliveira Teles, 24, investigado por ser o mentor do esquema criminoso que consistia na aplicação de golpes durante compra e venda de carros realizadas na concessionária de veículos, onde ele era sócio. Mais de 24 vítimas formalizaram Boletins de Ocorrência (BOs) na especializada.
De acordo com a autoridade policial, Anderson agia em conjunto com os comparsas, Glenn Azrak Benitah, 22, e Rinaldo Rabelo de Castro, 47, respectivamente, sócio e funcionário da concessionária de veículos, já presos pelas equipes da Derfd. Segundo o delegado, os golpes consistiam em financiamentos fraudulentos em nomes de terceiros, sem o conhecimento destes.
“A loja de veículos recebeu vários carros de clientes para que fossem vendidos, mas, após realizarem as transações comerciais, os infratores não repassavam os valores para as vítimas. Em seguida, a concessionária fechou e os indivíduos não indicaram o paradeiro dos automóveis aos verdadeiros proprietários. Representei à Justiça, o pedido de prisão preventiva em nome do trio e a ordem judicial foi expedida no dia 16 de setembro deste ano, pela juíza Suzi Irlanda Granja da Silva, da 2ª Vara Criminal”, explicou Queiroz.
