Manaus – Alejandro Molina Valeiko, de 29 anos, suspeito de envolvimento na morte do engenheiro Flávio Rodrigues, 42, teve a prisão temporária decretada por 30 dias nesta segunda-feira (7).
A nova decisão partiu do desembargador José Hamilton Saraiva dos Santos, do Tribunal se Justiça do Amazonas (TJAM), que anulou o pedido da desembargadora plantonista Joana dos Santos Meirelles. A magistrada havia concedido no sábado (5), a prisão domiciliar, em consideração ao estado de saúde de Alejandro.
“O desembargador recebeu a relatoria desse processo hoje pela manhã, fez uma análise, decidiu revogar a decisão da plantonista e proferiu uma nova decisão, decretando a prisão temporária por 30 dias.
Ele informou também que teve que manter o sigilo em consequência de documentos que ele avaliou, que não podem ser divulgados nesse momento, porque podem prejudicar as investigações”, explicou o advogado de defesa do suspeito, Marco Aurélio Choy, presidente da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – seccional Amazonas (OAB/AM).
Alejandro continua detido na Delegacia Especializada em Homicídios e Sequestros (DEHS).
