E-mail enviado aos empregados alerta sobre futura mudança na carga horária, que passará de 6 horas diárias para 8, segundo MP de Bolsonaro
Caixa Econômica Federal enviou na noite desta quarta-feira (13/11/2019) aos funcionários, no sistema interno do banco, uma mensagem de alerta (veja foto abaixo) para a futura mudança na carga horária dos empregados devido à Medida Provisória 905/2019, que criou o Contrato de Trabalho Verde-Amarelo e estabeleceu uma série de alterações na área trabalhista. De acordo com a MP, o período de trabalho dos bancários, que antes era de seis horas, diárias aumentará para oito horas para toda a categoria, exceto para os caixas.
Segundo o e-mail, as medidas para implementação da “nova jornada legal” já estão em curso. No entanto, a troca na carga horária só será colocada em prática após uma “nova comunicação oficial que discipline o tema”.
“Considerando os impactos que a medida traz a seus empregados, a Caixa iniciou estudos para escolher a melhor forma de implementação, de modo a permitir adequação de todos os envolvidos”, escreveu.

Além disso, o informe diz que a manutenção “temporária” da jornada “não representa, em nenhuma medida, flexibilização ao novo marco legal”, mas “apenas providência para que a mudança não prejudique as rotinas pessoais dos empregados”. “Trata-se de autorização temporária”, alertou.
