Nesta quinta-feira (5), Luciano Huck usou uma rede social para expressar sua opinião sobre prisão após segunda instância, que foi anulada recentemente pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). Ele se manifestou contrário à decisão do STF, e explicou seus motivos.
– Para constar: sou a favor da execução das decisões criminais após o 2º grau. Porque alinha o Brasil com o padrão mundial da justiça penal. Porque a impunidade e os incentivos errados fizeram disparar a corrupção e violência no país. E por entender q esta é uma vontade legítima da sociedade – escreveu.
O apresentador acabou sendo alvo de críticas de usuários do Twitter, que o chamaram de oportunista. Seguidores acusaram o global de se aproveitar do assunto para se promover, visto que seu nome é tido como certo na para a próxima campanha presidencial.
