Amazonas – O Projeto de Lei Orçamentária Anual 2020 (Ploa), aprovado na Assembleia Legislativa do Amazonas (Aleam), em Sessão histórica que durou aproximadamente 13h, recebeu emendas parlamentares destinadas à saúde que somam mais de R$ 20 milhões.
Com isso, cada deputado poderá indicar R$ 6,9 milhões em emendas ao Ploa 2020, atendendo aos percentuais mínimos de 12% para a Saúde (R$ 839,2 mil).
O presidente da Aleam, Josué Neto, destinou suas emendas distribuídas entre as cidades de Novo Airão, Eirunepé e Boa Vista do Ramos. Para o Hospital de Novo Airão, Josué destinou R$ 419,2 mil para aquisição de instrumentos cirúrgicos e equipamentos; R$ 120 mil para aquisição de equipamentos para estruturar o laboratório do Hospital de Novo Airão, R$ 100 mil para aquisição de medicamentos para atender o município de Eirunepé e, por fim, R$ 240 mil para aquisição de cinco ambulanchas para transporte de pacientes no município de Boa Vista do Ramos.
“A destinação de recursos para a área da saúde é extremamente importante e quando se trata de recursos para os municípios do interior a importância é ainda maior porque esses recursos podem ser a diferença que vai salvar a vida de alguém”, esclareceu Josué Neto.
O deputado Wilker Barreto (Podemos) apresentou uma emenda que destina R$ 1,63 milhão para o Hospital e Pronto Socorro 28 de Agosto adquirir equipamentos cirúrgicos, cadeiras de roda, ambulâncias e reforma do Centro Cirúrgico. “Realizamos um trabalho muito intenso nas unidades de saúde da capital. Foram Inúmeros problemas encontrados. Por isso, fiz dezenas de emendas relacionadas à saúde. A população precisa receber essa ajuda”, explicou.
Destinando R$ 500 mil para o Hospital José Mendes, de Itacoatiara, adquirir materiais e equipamentos permanentes, o deputado Cabo Maciel (PL) também reservou emendas para Hospitais em Iranduba, Tapauá, além da Fazenda Esperança. O parlamentar também destinou R$ 150 mil para aquisição de uma ambulância no município de Maraã.
Já Carlinhos Bessa enviou recursos no valor de R$ 689.231,70, para atenção à média e alta complexidade. Ele também contemplou a Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (FioCruz), que receberá R$ 150 mil a ser utilizado no ‘Programa Redes Vivas e Práticas Populares em Saúde’ que desenvolve projetos de atenção básica da mulher com parteiras nas comunidades rurais dos municípios da Calha do Médio Solimões e no interior do Estado.
