O Termo aditivo ao contrato 177/2017 foi publicado no Diário Oficial do Estado (DOE) do último dia 14.
A empresa Amsterdam Serviços Profissionais de Limpeza, Conservação e Construções Ltda., da mãe do deputado estadual Saullo Vianna (PPS), Celia Maria Velame Viana, segundo o site Cnpjconsultas.com, vai receber esse ano, R$ 21,7 milhões da Secretaria de Educação do Amazonas (Seduc), para serviços de limpeza e conservação de áreas internas e externas de escolas. O Termo aditivo ao contrato 177/2017 foi publicado no Diário Oficial do Estado (DOE) do último dia 14.
Saullo Vianna é vice-líder do governo na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado (ALE) e um dos mais destacados defensores do governador Wilson Lima (PSC). Em dezembro de 2018, o deputado foi preso pela Polícia Federal (PF), em cumprimento a mandado de prisão, em uma investigação que investiga esquema de corrupção ativa e passiva e violação de sigilo funcional com o fornecimento de informação privilegiada de dentro do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral (TRE).
Vianna é empresário do ramo aeroportuário, da região do Baixo e Médio Amazonas e é investigado por crimes de corrupção e de associação criminosa. Ele foi eleito com 27,8 mil votos, sendo 6 mil de Parintins (AM).
De acordo com o DOE do último dia 14 a Seduc assinou, no dia 30 de dezembro do ano passado, o 7º Termo Aditivo ao Contrato 177/2017, prorrogando a vigência e execução do contrato por mais 12 meses, a contar de 31.12.2019 até 31.12.2020, “para dar continuidade ao objeto do contrato de serviços de limpeza e conservação de áreas internas e externas” das escolas a serem atendidas, sendo emitidas as notas de empenho 07709, no valor de R$ 3.255.766,62 e 07710, no valor de R$ 2.170.511,07.
Em 2019 a empresa recebeu R$ 49.676.941,92 da Seduc pelos mesmos tipos de serviços. No 8 de julho do ano passado, o governo já havia renovado uma vez o contrato com a Amsterdam Serviços em R$ 18,7 milhões. A renovação se deu poucos dias antes de Saullo ser escolhido para relatar o chamado “ Pacote de Maldades” do governo Wilson Lima na ALE, que congelou o salário dos servidores públicos estaduais por dois anos.
