Segundo perícia, suspeita é que homem tenha sido vítima de afogamento.
O corpo de um homem, de 19 anos, foi encontrado na manhã desta sexta-feira (24) atrás do Centro de Tempo Integral Gilberto Mestrinho, na Av. Leopoldo Péres, bairro Educandos, na Zona Sul de Manaus. A vítima estava jogada em área de mata, na beira do igarapé.
Moradores do bairro Educandos, que costumam andar de canoa no igarapé, encontraram o corpo do homem jogado às margens do rio e chamaram a Polícia Militar, por volta das 7h30.
A vítima era moradora das proximidades. Familiares relataram para a polícia que na noite desta quinta-feira (23), o homem foi visto pela última vez consumindo bebida alcoólica.
Conforme a perícia, a suspeita é que homem tenha se afogado. Um laudo pericial deve ser feito pelo Departamento de Polícia Técnico Científica (DPTC) para identificar a causa da morte.
Há sete dias, o corpo de um outro homem também foi encontrado próximo ao local.
O corpo foi removido para o Instituto Médico Legal (IML). O caso foi registrado pela Delegacia Especializada em Homicídios e Sequestros (DEHS).
