Em entrevista a uma TV na Índia, presidente afirmou que pretende transferir a embaixada em Israel no ano que vem
Neste domingo (26), o presidente Jair Bolsonaro afirmou que pretende transferir a embaixada do Brasil em Israel para a cidade de Jerusalém em 2021. A declaração foi dada durante uma entrevista ao canal de televisão DD India.
De acordo com Bolsonaro, nenhum dos líderes de países árabes com os quais conversou até o momento se manifestou contra a decisão.
– Eu acho que no próximo ano deveremos estar na posição para possivelmente transferir nossa embaixada para Jerusalém (…) Os Estados Unidos (EUA) mudaram a embaixada para Jerusalém e não houve problema, e nós pretendemos fazer o mesmo, sem nenhuma atrito – apontou.
Durante a entrevista, Bolsonaro também comentou sobre a possibilidade de Brasil e Índia integrarem o Conselho de Segurança da Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU).
– Acredito que Brasil e Índia ganharão muita visibilidade aos olhos do mundo se conseguirem assento no Conselho – ressaltou.
