Maristela já foi indiciada pela Polícia Federal por crimes de corrupção
A filha do ex-presidente Michel Temer, Maristela Temer Lulia, atropelou uma mulher no bairro Pinheiros, Zona Oeste de São Paulo, por volta das 8h da manhã desta quarta-feira (29). Com uma fratura na perna, a vítima foi socorrida e levada ao Hospital Albert Einstein.
Segundo informações divulgadas pela Rádio Bandeirantes, Maristela estava com a Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) vencida e tinha 121 pontos. A revista Época divulgou que o carro utilizado por ela no acidente seria alvo de uma restrição judicial determinada pelo juiz Marcelo Bretas, mas a proibição seria apenas para a venda do veículo.
O advogado de Maristela, Fernando Castelo Branco, disse que ela prestou socorro à vítima. A filha de Temer teria dito para a Polícia Civil que não viu a vítima do acidente e que por isso acabou a atropelando.
Maristela foi indiciada pela Polícia Federal em outubro de 2018, pelos crimes de corrupção ativa e passiva, lavagem de dinheiro e organização criminosa. A suspeita é de que ela teria sido beneficiada com a reforma de sua casa para lavar dinheiro. A obra, orçada em cerca de R$ 1 milhão, teria sido financiada com propina recebida da JBS
