Ato aconteceu alguns diz após a prisão do ex-presidente em 2018
Uma notícia ruim para o ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva e para Guilherme Boulos, líder do Movimentos dos Trabalhadores Sem-Teto (MTST). O Ministério Público Federal (MPF) em São Paulo denunciou a dupla pela invasão ocorrida no tríplex do Guarujá (SP) no dia 16 de abril de 2018.
Lula foi condenado por corrupção passiva e lavagem de dinheiro no processo envolvendo a posse da propriedade e foi preso alguns dias antes da invasão acontecer.
Para o MPF, os responsáveis pela invasão devem ser enquadrados no artigo 346 do Código Penal, que define como crime tirar, suprimir, destruir ou danificar coisa própria, que se acha em poder de terceiro por determinação judicial. Na época, o imóvel estava bloqueado por decisão da Justiça.
Apesar de Lula estar preso quando ocorreu a invasão, os procuradores consideraram que ele incentivou o ato ao pedir, em um discurso, que Boulos enviasse seu pessoal para ocupar o tríplex.
Após a invasão, os integrantes do MTST permaneceram no imóvel por mais de duas horas e deixaram o local após negociação com a Polícia Militar (PM).
