Luiz estava sendo torturado por membros da FDN no ‘Tribunal do Crime’
Manaus – Luiz Otávio Albuquerque, de 19 anos, foi salvo por policiais militares da 4° Companhia Interativa Comunitária (Cicom), de ser executado por traficantes em um “Tribunal do Crime’ na Alameda Cosme Ferreira, na Zona Leste de Manaus.
Segundo a Polícia Militar, por volta das 21h30 eles foram até o local após receberem denúncia anônima informando que havia uma pessoa sendo torturada e pedindo socorro. Ao chegarem no ponto indicado, Luiz estava com mãos, pés e pescoço amarrados com cordas e fios elétricos e apresentava várias perfurações por arma branca.
A vítima relatou aos policiais que tinha sido sequestrado do bairro Zumbi dos Palmares, Zona Leste de Manaus, por três homens armados em carro modelo Volkswagen Gol, de cor branca. Ele disse que é usuário de entorpecentes e que estava devendo a quantia de R$ 200 para traficantes do bairro Armando Mendes, naquela mesma zona da cidade, que ordenaram que ele fosse executado.
No vídeo, a vítima diz que “Marcinho” e o “Filho” do bairro Armando Mendes é que levaram ele até o local. Ele diz ainda que Marcinho é membro da Família do Norte (FDN).
Uma equipe do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu) foi acionada para prestar socorro ao jovem. Ele foi conduzido à uma umidade hospitalar e não há informações sobre o estado de saúde dele.
