Senador foi alvo de boletim de ocorrência por tentativa de homicídio
Após ser baleado por tentar invadir, com uma retroescavadeira, um quartel da Polícia Militar em Sobral, no Ceará, o senador Cid Gomes está enfrentando a ira de internautas. Isto porque usuários de redes sociais estão pedindo a prisão para o senador irmão do ex-candidato a presidente Ciro Gomes.
No Twitter, a hashtag #CidGomesNaCadeia foi o assunto mais comentado na noite desta quinta-feira (20). Internautas apontaram que os PMs que estavam amotinados no agiram em legítima defesa ao tentar impedir que Gomes invadisse o quartel.
Além da reprovação de usuários nas redes sociais, Gomes enfrentará também a lei, já que foi registrado um boletim de ocorrência em que ele é acusado de tentativa de homicídio e dano ao patrimônio público. Os deputados federais Capitão Wagner, Major Fabiana e Capitão Alberto Neto, todos policiais militares, foram os responsáveis por prestar a queixa contra o senador do PDT.
Cid Gomes foi atingido por dois disparos de arma de fogo ao avançar com um retroescavadeira para abrir caminho a um quartel da Polícia Militar onde havia agentes em motim. Ele foi socorrido para o Hospital do Coração da cidade e, assim que saiu da UTI, foi transferido para um hospital em Fortaleza, onde já está na enfermaria.
