A motorista do carro, que a vítima estava, invadiu a pista contrária e colidiu com a viatura. A mulher responderá por homicídio culposo
Manaus – Mário Augusto Vargas Franco morreu na madrugada desta terça-feira (25), após um acidente de trânsito ocorrido por volta das 1h30, na avenida André Araújo, no bairro Aleixo, Zona Centro-Sul de Manaus. O acidente envolveu um veículo de passeio em que a vítima estava e uma viatura da Polícia Militar.
Segundo informações da equipe da 16ª Companhia Interativa Comunitária (Cicom), a vítima estava no banco do passageiro quando a condutora do carro de passeio perdeu o controle e invadiu a pista contrária e colidiu com uma viatura da 16ª Cicom. A batida foi do lado do passageiro.
A Polícia Militar informou que Mário, a condutora do veículo e os dois policiais envolvidos na ocorrência foram socorridos e conduzidos ao Hospital e Pronto-Socorro 28 de Agosto, no bairro Adrianópolis, na Zona Centro-Sul de Manaus, mas Mário não resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu.
As outras três vítimas sofreram apenas escoriações. Os veículos envolvidos na ocorrência foram levados para a perícia e a condutora deve responder por homicídio doloso (quando há a intensão de matar)
O caso será investigado pela Delegacia Especializada em Acidentes de Trânsito (DEAT).
